From there, our agents will guide you every step of the way.

We also offer additional services that can be found in the Additional Services tab. These services will aid you in the process of buying or selling a property. We also provide services for properties not listed on this website. You can find more information about these services by navigating to the Additional Services tab and selecting the service you are looking for.

We are not a real estate company. We serve as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. All properties bought or sold through us are subject to a 5% legal intermediary fee, which is paid by the seller. This fee is deducted from the amount paid for the property. No extra amount is added to the total cost of the property. When buying a property through us, all services are included except for guidance and supervision of the construction of your property.
